ABOUT US
The name ADLITUS derives from the Latin expression ad litus – meaning
“at the coast” or “towards the shore.” Our business activities began with real estate investments along the coast, a place to which we maintain a strong and lasting connection.
The sea reflects many of the qualities that define successful entrepreneurship: vision, adaptability, resilience, and the determination to stay on course when conditions change. These values form the foundation of our work – in identifying, structuring, and managing value-driven investments with a long-term perspective.

ADLITUS was founded by Simon Heine, who brings extensive leadership experience from the international software and technology sector. His career includes roles as CEO of an automotive cybersecurity company, Executive Vice President of a global engineering group with a strong digital focus and Managing Director across multiple business units and regions.
He has a proven record of building and scaling technology-driven business models, leading complex transformation initiatives, and managing international teams across Europe, the Americas, Israel, and Asia.
